Raipur, ITM University celebrated Child Labour Forum
to mark the importance and create awareness among the upcoming youth.
On this occasion, a webinar was organized on the Topic “Prohibition Of
Child Labour”, Senior Advocate Of Chhattisgarh HighCourt Bidya Nand Mishra
graced the session with Guest of Honour, he was greeted by Dr Shradha Pandey (HOD)on
the behalf of School Of Law. Adv. Mishra spoke about the significance to
maintain the eco-balance in economical, social, cultural and ethnic believe to
continue the human range in this universe.
He
gave reference to sections 3,5,7,10,15 of The Child Labour (Prohibition
and Regulation) Act,1986. adv Mishra also reminded an old Hindi
patriotic song, ” Humlaaye hain toofan se kashti nikal ke is desh ko rakhna
mere bacho sambhal ke”.
Anti Child Labour should
not be only in form of a webinar but also be implemented practically. and wants
India to be AntichildLabour Country in the upcoming years, He said.
The webinar was organized by Mrs Shyamali
Naidu (Asst. Professor of Law). attended by facility members of School of Law
namely, Mrs RachanaNigam (Asst. Professor of Law), Mrs Ankita Viraj Sukla, Mr
Himanshu Shukla, Mr Nitin Jaiswal with 70 other members. Committee Members:
Tanish Jain, Dharna Jain, Jasjeet kaur Bhamra, Sowmya Sangam, Drishti
Chhattani, Lipika Gupta and K.Gangotri Dora also contributed to make the seminar a grand success.
