Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited (GIL) on its acquisition of a 10% stake of Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) from Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide. The deal is valued at approximately USD 126 million and was signed on 9 September 2024.
