Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advises Urja Bharat on its Production Concession Agreement for Block 1 in ADNOC Bid Round

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised Urja Bharat Private Limited (UBPL), a joint venture between IndianOil Corporation and Bharat PetroResources Limited, on executing a suite of documents in relation to the Production Concession for Block 1 of the ADNOC Bid Round 2018. The deal was signed on 9th September 2024.

This is the first production concession awarded to an Indian company operating in the UAE.
