The Supreme Court Collegium headed by CJI D.Y. Chandrachud and also comprising of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice B R Gavaihas recommended to the Centre the names of Judges and Advocates to Andhra Pradesh High Court, Kerala High Court and Karnataka High Court.
SC Collegium has recommended three Advocates i.e. Shri Maheswara Rao Kuncheam @ Kuncham, Shri Thoota Chandra Dhana Sekar @ T C D Sekhar, and Shri Challa Gunaranjan for appointment as judges of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
The three-member collegium, also comprising of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice B R Gavai has recommended the names of four senior judicial officers as judges of the Kerala High Court. The four Judges are as follows: Shri K V Jayakumar, Shri Muralee Krishna S, Shri Jobin Sebastian, and Shri P V Balakrishnan.
SC Collegium has recommended to the Centre the name of Justice Siddaiah Rachaiah, an additional judge of the Karnataka High Court, as a permanent Judge of the same high court.
